I want you to love your candles as much as I love making them. While I don’t accept general returns, I’ll gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

First Burn Matters

Allow your candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar on the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn for the life of your candle.

Wick Trimming

Trim the wick 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps control flame height, reduce soot, and extends the life of your candle.

Candle Safety

Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

About Soy Wax

Soy wax is a natural wax and may show slight frosting or texture changes. This is normal and does not affect performance or scent throw.
