Processing Time

All orders are hand-poured and carefully prepared. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Temperature & Weather Disclaimer (Soy Wax Candles)

Soy wax is a natural wax and may experience cosmetic changes due to temperature fluctuations during shipping.

In cold weather, soy candles may develop frosting, color variation, or texture changes

In warm weather, candles may soften or sweat slightly

These changes are normal characteristics of soy wax and do not affect scent throw, burn quality, or performance. Cosmetic changes caused by temperature exposure are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If your candle arrives very cold, we recommend allowing it to return to room temperature naturally before lighting.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@intotheflamecandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Into the Flame Candle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

 

Additional Notes

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Scent preference and minor cosmetic variations are not considered defects, as each item is hand-poured.
