Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@intotheflamecandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items reported after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, failure to follow candle care instructions, or normal wear over time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that scent preference and minor cosmetic variations are not considered defects, as each item is hand-poured.
